Today, we will be discussing the Afri54 Digital Business Card. During this training session, we may refer to it as a Business Card, Virtual Business Card, or Digital Card — they all mean the same thing.

Let’s get started.

To begin, click on the Business Card button from the menu on the left-hand side.

Next, click on the Create Digital Business Card button.

Select For Business.

Complete the required details:

(a) Select your preferred language. English is set as the default language.

Choose your preferred cover type from the dropdown menu. The available options are:

(i) YouTube Video

(ii) YouTube Video – Autoplay

(iii) Vimeo Video

(iv) Vimeo Video – Autoplay

(v) Photo

(vi) Default

Let me briefly explain each option:

(i) YouTube Video

This allows you to display a YouTube video as the background of your Digital Business Card. This type of video does not play automatically, which means visitors viewing your card must click or tap the video to start playback.

Note: You must use the YouTube Video ID, not the full YouTube link.

(ii) YouTube Video – Autoplay

This allows you to display a YouTube video as the background of your Digital Business Card. In this case, the video plays automatically without requiring visitors to click on it. However, the video audio will remain muted.

(iii) Vimeo Video

This allows you to display a Vimeo video as the background of your Digital Business Card. This type of video does not play automatically, so visitors must click or tap the video to start playback.

(iv) Vimeo Video – Autoplay

This allows you to display a Vimeo video as the background of your Digital Business Card. The video plays automatically without requiring user interaction, but the audio will remain muted.

(v) Photo

This allows you to use an image (photo) as the background of your Digital Business Card.

(vi) Default

This means your Digital Business Card will not use either a background image or a video.

Next, complete the remaining details:

2. Upload Your Logo

Upload your business logo or personal brand logo. This helps make your Digital Business Card more professional, recognizable, and visually appealing to visitors.

3. Enter Your Title

Enter the title you would like to display on your Digital Business Card. This can be your business name, brand name, or personal name.

Once this is completed, the system will automatically generate and autofill your personalized link for you.

For example, if your business name is ABC Limited, the system may automatically generate abc-limited as your personalized link.

You can also edit and customize this link manually if you prefer a different version, provided it is available.

4. Enter the sub-title, description of your business and click submit button
