Afri54 reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that violate platform standards or applicable laws.

5. PLATFORM ROLE AND LIMITATION

Afri54 provides a discovery and connection platform only. Afri54:

* Does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products or services offered by listed businesses.

* Is not responsible for transactions conducted between users or businesses.

* Does not guarantee business outcomes, profits, or commercial success.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into business relationships.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use Afri54 to:

* Publish false, fraudulent, or misleading information.

* Promote illegal products or services.

* Violate intellectual property rights.

* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

* Interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Platform.

Afri54 may suspend or permanently remove users who violate acceptable use rules.
